Karoline Heldt, BSN, RN, CFCP

We first met Karoline through our NFP classes in marriage prep at our church. They shared that Creighton is the golden standard for NFP because there are medical professionals who can analyze things and offer help if you need it. So we started learning Creighton as our NFP model months before we got married with Karoline. Since then, she has been one of the most caring, thoughtful, patient and encouraging teachers we know. The first couple of meetings we were learning the system and how to chart and she patiently taught us that. She describes everything well and what to look for. Then as we became more advanced, she advanced our instructions. She was very encouraging and celebratory of us when we charted well and did our instructions. She was also very knowledgeable and kind when we had questions. We have now been with her a year and a half and we absolutely love her! It’s a joy when we get to meet up with her, she had such a peaceful sweet countenance and is a gentle teacher. She is the best person you would want guiding you along this process. Once we got it down, we have really enjoyed the Creighton model too, and Karoline makes learning it and practicing a lot of fun and really easy. We can’t sing her praises enough. She is very flexible and goes above and beyond because she responds to message really quickly outside of meeting times and is always so encouraging. We highly recommend Creighton model and Karoline Heldt as your teacher!
